The names, logos, and taglines associated with this brand are the exclusive property of the founding firm. The following are Registered Trademarks under the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks, Government of India:

Statutory Protection

Our trademarks are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Under this Act, the registered proprietor has the exclusive right to use the trademark in relation to the goods or services for which it is registered.

"No individual, firm, or entity is permitted to conduct business, manufacture goods, or provide services under the name Jain Shikanji or any deceptively similar title without an official license or written authorization."

Registration of the trademark gives us the legal right to seek relief in respect of infringement of the trademark in the manner provided by the Act.

Infringement & Legal Action

We take the protection of our brand identity very seriously. If any individual or firm is found using our trademark name or logo for commercial gain, we will initiate the following processes:

Civil Proceedings: Suits for permanent injunctions, damages, and accounts of profits against the responsible firm.
Criminal Action: Proceedings for falsifying a trademark under sections 102, 103, and 104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, which may result in imprisonment and heavy fines.
Seizure of Goods: Immediate application for the search and seizure of infringing materials by law enforcement authorities.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from trademark infringement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
